Patient transfer trolley design
Bed surface: The bed surface is composed of two folded pieces, all made of new engineering plastics, blow-molded in one time; wall thickness ≥3.5mm.
Screws: The screws are equipped with dust caps;
Armrests: The rocker is made of chrome-plated iron and can be folded.
Bandrests: The bed surface is equipped with a patient bandage to prevent the patient from being restless; the bandage can be removed and cleaned
Lifting system: A single rocker lifting system is adopted, and there is no sinking under long-term load
Overall injection molding: Overall injection molding of ABS engineering plastic bottom cover
Brake system: Central control brake, brake four-wheel positioning, overall stability without shaking
Screw: The screw has a two-way in-place protection function; the “two-way in-place unlimited protection” screw system is adopted, and the wall thickness of the screw tube is ≥1.2mm. And it has ABS dust cover.
Socket: There is an IV stand socket at the head and foot of the bed, with a hole diameter of 20mm, stamped from metal material, with an ABS engineering plastic core inside to prevent damage to the IV stand during use and reduce noise;
Guardrail: Two-piece hidden plastic guardrail, imported new PP engineering plastic, no recycled materials. ABS guardrail with blue film.
Lifting system: Imported silent gas spring backboard lifting system.
Oxygen cylinder: The whole bed is equipped with an oxygen cylinder storage base, and the metal surface spray powder uses antibacterial and environmentally friendly powder.
